Pakistan and Turkiye have agreed to carry out work on the Stream Gas Pipeline project from Russia to Islamabad.
According to details, the understanding came during a meeting. Between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, Pm Shehbaz Sharif and the Turkish President agreed on promoting. Bilateral trade and implementation of large-scale projects including the gas supply.
Speaking on the occasion, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Noted that the part of the infrastructure for the Pakistan-Russia Stream was already in place in Moscow, Kazakistan, and Uzbekistan.
